MY HEALTHY DINNER DIET

Many doctors suggests that dinner diet should be light as after that we go for sleep so our energy is utilized nowhere.Our calories remain unburnt.So i usually have a light dinner diet.Today in my dinner i had potato and beans with curd and two chapattis.Beans being green vegetable is a healthy diet.I like curd so i usually have it with my diet.The dinner was really yummy as my mother made it and i was at home otherwise i am usually in hostel.In hostel we are provided cereals in dinner mostly which are not as good in taste as my mother cooks.So i enjoy home food rather than hostel food.After my dinner i usually have a glass of milk and after that i go for walk daily before going to sleep.In hostel if we have fruits with us then after dinner we have our fruits and sometimes we get sweetdish after dinner like ice-cream,hot gulab jamun.All these things made my dinner diet delicious and healthy too.
